[weapons] Virus (biological and digital)

Simple enough suggestion: two new unlockable weapons under "Biology" and "Computers".  Two forms of virus, one biological and one digital, that directly attack the control-providing elements of your ship.  (Perhaps a "nanovirus" as a third option that combines the two into one weapon if you have researched sufficient levels of computer, biology, and nanotech)

The biological virus will attack the crew (either crew quarters, life support, or bridge; I think the bridge makes the most sense from a mechanical standpoint), the digital virus will attack the computer core. 


Not sure if a mechanism exists in the game to temporarily depress the control score, so maybe the simplest implementation would be to just damage the relevant component and let the current mechanics (including repair) take effect.

I could see this dovetailing very nicely with eventual ship-restart mechanics/ship capture mechanics.

Nanoviruses eventually breed and take over your own stuff.

I like the idea.  Add in..

Perhaps, medical subsystems to counter bio attacks.

Perhaps Firewall Securities to combat computer virus'.
