Fiddling with the "Traits"

Thinking the "Traits" can use some tweaking, I have done up a crude mod. Sharing for anyone interested, feedback is most welcome.

Removed the Gate FTL-1 ( now default ) enhanced the Random FTL Trait.

Mechanoid Trait now costs 2 pts. because they deserve it.  :)

Forgot to do the Industry Conflicts...fixed.
Also...Space Program now conflicts with Industrious & vice a versa.

Mechanoid Trait now costs 2 pts also added Militaristic & Zenophobe. Lowered each Industrius Trait by 2. Now is +2, +4, +6, was...+4, +8, +12.
