Planets have more violent reactions to star destructions
« on: September 03, 2012, 02:37:18 PM »
Ok, we all love blowing up stars. It causes massive population decline and just looks cool... but it really doesn't hurt an empire... If the planet isn't destroyed (which is more often than not) it will regain its population pretty quickly and continue its orbit with no consequences... there needs to be consequences... I think the best solution is to have all the planets destroyed when its star is destroyed... Either that or the planets or flung into space or become uninhabitable... There needs to be more of a reward for building a ship that can destroy a star, especially if the star is the quasar...
